| Week 1 - May 12 - 18, 2007 |
After 3 days of digging in her bed and pulling out her belly hair, she finally decided to get down to business! But when she does finally decide to start having puppies, she sure doesn't waste any time! Here are the first shots of these cuties!

The puppies are growing like crazy! They ranged in weight from 14.5 oz (Mr Blue) to 1lb 2.5 oz (Miss Purple) at birth and now weigh 1lb 3.5 oz (Mr Blue) to 1lb 8.5 oz (Miss Purple) at just 3 days old! Bailey is a great mom and is very diligent at keeping her puppies clean. She doesn't much like the other dogs around right now, but hopefully once she settles in to being a mom we can maybe bring Smooch up to see what she thinks of the babies. Casey just can't figure out why she can't get in with the puppies.

Hard to believe how fast these little cuties grow! Most are close to 2 lbs already! I had to take these shots, Little Miss Purple was just too cute not to grab my camera! I am not picking favourites, just happened to be a cute shot of Miss Purple.

Wow, 1 week old tomorrow and look how big they are already! They sleep so peacefully .......... for now!!!
