The puppies have been growing in leaps and bounds and all are well over 2lbs already!!! They are just flourishing and Bailey is a great, great mom! She is very diligent at keeping them clean which means a lot less work for me!!! All they do now is eat and sleep, eat and sleep and eat and sleep some more! They are starting to try out their little legs and it is so funny to see them wobbling and then flopping down to drag themselves around the bed. They are all very consistent in colour and size and they all have wonderful heads!!! These are going to be some great looking puppies!!
Here are a few shots I snapped while I was weighing and cleaning out their bed tonight. Enjoy!!

I can't say how much I love raising puppies and watching them grow! They get cuter by the day and the rate at which they grow astounds me every litter! They almost have their eyes open already and are trying out their little legs in vain! It is so funny to watch them bobble around, falling over every other step.
This is my favourite shot!
Nick just loves the puppies and this is where I find him every morning when I get up! He always beats me up and gets in with the puppies every chance he gets!

Their eyes are starting to open now and they are noticing that there are others around them. They are starting to make yipping/barking noises at each other too, which is the cutest sound ever!
Here's Nick again in with the puppies after school. Notice he didn't waste any time and only changed the bottom half of his school uniform!

Looks like a boxing match but they are actually sound asleep!
It was so hot on Thursday here that we put the puppies out on the floor where it was cooler for them. We even had to turn on the air conditioning for them.
