Puppies are doing very well and gaining weight like crazy! They are all over 3 1/2 lbs now and very quickly growing out of their puppy bed in my livingroom! They have finally figured out that there are other puppies in their bed with them and are starting to play and mouth each other. It is so cute! What's not cute is that the puppies are escaping every chance they get. As soon as Bailey decides she is going in or out, of course the door opens and stays open and the puppies follow her. They are getting quite used to their legs now and keeping their bed area quite clean too! They feel it is better to do their business out on the livingroom floor instead of the pee bed that I put down for them. Amazing how instinctual their bathroom habits are! Anyway, stepping in pee (hard to see on the laminate floor) is getting old, so it won't be long before they are moved down to their play area in the laundry room!
Bet he is going to have a nasty kink in his neck when he wakes up!
Wow, they say that a puppy or dog will only show their belly if they are comfortable in their surroundings - guess Miss Yellow sure is! Ready to make the escape!

Well, can't do it any longer! The puppies had to be moved downstairs tonight. I spent the whole day cleaning their new play area down in the laundryroom and bleaching and bleaching and more bleaching! It was finally clean enough to bring down the new babies! Here are some great shots of the puppies discovering their new surroundings!
Doesn't take them long to feel comfortable enough to start exploring!
